Junior Ability, Junior Ability Extension, and Part-time Big Mountain Team started their dryland this week! The stoke was high and all of our athletes are chomping at the bit to get on their boards and start the season. Our Junior Ability coaches led discussions about Team Culture and how to be a rad team in an individual sport.

Junior Team’s focus this week was all about Goal Setting and getting flippy in our last few weeks of tramps. Bald Eagle Lake has been a rad place for us all summer and fall to train air awareness and prepare for the winter season.

ProAm Race and ProAm SBX had their parent orientation Thursday (Oct 21) in Olympian Hall. The athletes and parents are ready for their competitive season. Upcoming snowboard parent orientations:

Reminder to all SSWSC Snowboard Members: Tuesday, Nov 2nd, 5-6pm in the Fireplace Room at Howelsen, we will be doing a snowboard-specific gear swap for all athletes in our programs.
