Murphy Roberts Holiday Classic

The 2024 Murphy Roberts Holiday Classic is back December 18-21 with giant slalom and slalom racing in Steamboat Springs!

The Murphy Roberts Holiday Classic races feature the top regional and collegiate ski racers, with several of the best racers in the U.S. and Canada and nearly 20 nations represented in the field. This marquee race was renamed in honor of Murphy Roberts, a former SSWSC alpine athlete who passed away unexpectedly in 2016 at the age of 22. With $40,000 in prize money on the line, the stakes are high and the racing is fast!
