Nineteen SSWSC Athletes Named to Rocky Mountain Division All-Star Team

Nineteen athletes across the disciplines of alpine, freestyle, ski jumping, and nordic combined from the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club (SSWSC) were named to the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Rocky Mountain Division (RMD) All-Star Team. The 2024-2025 All-Star Team includes 59 athletes, 30 alpine skiers, 20 freestyle skiers, and nine ski jumping and Nordic combined athletes. Making the team is considered one of the highest honors attainable within an athlete’s division. The RMD All-Stars are named to the team based on results from the previous season and must complete a rigorous athlete fitness assessment conducted each fall.

The three SSWSC freestyle athletes named to the team are Anabel Ayad, Peyton Billeisen, Mia Satkiewicz, and Liam Siefken. The seven SSWSC alpine athletes are Katharina Cosby, Adrian Beauregard, Jeremy Nolting, Curtis Zanni, Ian Haupt, Logan Grosdidier, and Laiken Roth. All nine athletes on the ski jumping and Nordic combined All-Star Team hail from Steamboat Springs—SSWSC is the only club in the division with training facilities for Nordic ski jumping—Haley Brabec, Ella Wilson, Fritz Gamber, Sawyer Graves, Ethan Maines, Austin Johnson, Nico Bowdre, Kaden Graham, Arthur Tirone.

As part of the recognition, the alpine and freestyle athletes receive passes to resorts in Colorado courtesy of Vail Resorts, Alterra Mountain Company, and Colorado Ski Country USA.
