Cross country summer training programs have been developed to enhance fitness levels and improve technique specific to cross country ski racing. There are several training options to accommodate different schedules and ages. Younger athletes are encouraged to stay fit trying a variety of other activities offered by the club such as mountain biking and by being active with their families and friends, and entering the local Running Series Races.
