Sr. Freeskiing water ramp sessions are for athletes 13 and older. Training sessions consist of a warm up, stretching, trampoline progressions, balance progressions and water ramp training led by freeskiing coaches. Sessions are at Bald Eagle Lake. Three sessions are offered, 8 ramp days each session. New this year is a late afternoon/evening session in July.
Required equipment: Athletic shoes, water bottle, skis, boots, wetsuit or drysuit, life jacket/PFD, and helmet (with ears covered). Recommended equipment includes gloves and a swimsuit.

Session 1: June 13-23; Mondays-Thursdays; 10:00am-1:00pm
Session 2: July 18-29; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays; 4:00-7:00pm
Session 3: August 8-19; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays; 10:00am-1:00pm
$425 per session
$825 for two sessions combined
